2. General Provisions
These general terms of use (hereinafter the "GTU") govern the conditions under which users can access, consult, and use the services and functionalities offered on the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, each user acknowledges having unreservedly accepted these GTU.
The GTU are accessible at all times on the Site and can be downloaded by the user by clicking here.
3. Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free and unrestricted, without prior registration. Its use is free, with the exception of costs related to the Internet connection, which remain the responsibility of the user.
The user ensures that they have equipment compatible with accessing the Site and acknowledges using equipment in good working order, presenting no risk to the security of the Site or data.
The Site is generally accessible continuously. However, its access may be suspended, limited, or disrupted, particularly in the event of technical constraints, maintenance operations, updates, or any event beyond FEU DE CAMP's control, including in cases of force majeure.
FEU DE CAMP does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and cannot be held responsible for any unavailability, interruptions, or alterations of access, nor for the consequences that may result for the user.
Furthermore, the user acknowledges that the use of the Internet involves inherent constraints and risks, particularly in terms of service availability, technical performance, data transmission times, and communication security.
Consequently, FEU DE CAMP cannot be held responsible for malfunctions of the Internet network, failures of communication equipment or systems, nor for damages that may result from the introduction of viruses or any other harmful element affecting the user's equipment, including any data loss.
It also reserves the right to change, at any time, the content and functionalities of the Site, or to restrict access to it, without prior notice.
4. Site Content and Services
The Site provides users with a set of content and services, including texts, images, visuals, product descriptions, as well as functionalities allowing for the consultation and, where applicable, the purchase of products.
The Site also offers the following services:
• the creation of a customer account, which may be required to access certain functionalities of the Site, such as order history and delivery tracking. The user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their account. They are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any use of their account. FEU DE CAMP reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these GTU;

Content and services are provided for informational and evolving purposes. FEU DE CAMP strives to ensure their accuracy and updating, without guaranteeing their completeness or absence of errors or omissions.
FEU DE CAMP reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or update, at any time and without prior notice, all or part of the content and services offered on the Site.
The user undertakes to use the content and services in accordance with these GTU and applicable regulations. They are prohibited from any unlawful or abusive use of the Site and undertake not to harm its proper functioning or the rights of FEU DE CAMP or third parties, particularly by introducing viruses, intrusion attempts, data extraction or collection, or any other action likely to disrupt its use.
FEU DE CAMP cannot be held responsible for the user's use of the content and services accessible on the Site, nor for any consequences that may result, including, but not limited to, indirect damages such as any data loss, operating loss, or commercial prejudice.
5. Intellectual Property
Each user acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual property rights, whether protected or not, relating to all information or content appearing on the Site, on the products, their packaging, the brands and distinctive signs under which the products are marketed, are the property of FEU DE CAMP, or of third parties who have authorized FEU DE CAMP to exploit them.
No license or right other than that of acquiring the products, physical media, and containers is granted to anyone with regard to intellectual property rights, including for labels, packaging, leaflets, etc.
Any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, marketing, partial or total by any process and on any medium whatsoever (paper, digital, etc.) is prohibited, without the prior written authorization of FEU DE CAMP or the holders of the rights concerned, under penalty of constituting an infringement of copyright and/or designs and models and/or trademarks, or unfair competition.
Consequently, each user undertakes not to infringe the aforementioned rights in any way whatsoever. More specifically, the user expressly undertakes not to manufacture, sell, license or market in any way whatsoever, directly or through a third party, for their own benefit or for the benefit of a third party, the products, imitations or reproductions of the products or the intellectual property rights relating to the products and brands belonging to FEU DE CAMP, or third parties who have authorized FEU DE CAMP to exploit them.
The use of the MS W98 UI typeface and associated credits is governed by the provisions specified in our Legal Notice.
6. Hypertext Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (partners, social networks). FEU DE CAMP exercises no control over the content, operation, or services offered by these third-party sites and therefore disclaims all responsibility for their access, use, availability, and/or security.
The presence of such links does not mean that FEU DE CAMP expressly or implicitly validates, in any way whatsoever, these sites and/or all the elements accessible there.
Furthermore, any creation of a link pointing to the Site must be subject to prior agreement from FEU DE CAMP, which reserves the right to terminate it at any time.

The purchase of products offered for sale by FEU DE CAMP is governed by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale accessible on the Site.
9. Modification of the GTU
FEU DE CAMP may modify these GTU at any time to adapt them to changes in the Site or regulations. The applicable GTU are those online at the time of browsing. Each user can consult the current version of the GTU at any time by visiting the "GTU" section of the Site. It is the responsibility of every user to check the GTU in force before any browsing and/or use of the Site.
10. Non-Waiver
The fact that FEU DE CAMP does not invoke any of the provisions of the GTU shall not be interpreted as a waiver by FEU DE CAMP to invoke them later.
11. Validity of the GTU
If any provision of these GTU is declared null and void in whole or in part, pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions and the other rights and obligations arising from these GTU shall remain unchanged and shall remain applicable.
12. Applicable Law and Competent Court
These GTU are governed by French law, without this having the effect of depriving the user of the mandatory protections they benefit from under the legislation of their usual country of residence.
In the event of a dispute concerning these GTU and in the absence of an amicable solution, the French courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal shall have territorial competence, without this having the effect of depriving the user of bringing the dispute before a competent foreign court of their choice.
